How to Play
Pela wins by keeping debuffs rolling. Apply core debuffs with Skill or Ultimate before your carry acts, and build Effect Hit Rate so bosses cannot resist key effects. Land debuffs early and refresh them before they expire on bosses.
Optimal Rotation
Turn 1: Pela Ultimate or Skill to land debuffs → swap to DPS while debuffs tick → refresh debuffs before expiry. Against bosses, prioritize Effect RES shred before damage dealers act.
Strengths
Pela excels in Ice Nihility teams from Jarilo-VI. Strong team amplification that multiplies your carry's output. As a 4★, they punch above their rarity with the right investment.
Weaknesses
Pela struggles against high Effect RES or debuff-immune bosses. Without another debuff source, damage drops sharply.
Investment Priority
E0 Pela clears story and Simulated Universe. For Memory of Chaos, level talents to at least 6/8/8, farm recommended relics from their build page, and hit Speed breakpoints with SPD boots. Max a 4★ Light Cone at S5 before chasing Eidolons — duplicates are cheaper and scale well.
