Overview
Jingliu is a 5★ Ice Destruction from Xianzhou Luofu, playing Main DPS in most teams. Ice Destruction burst DPS who consumes ally HP for devastating Enhanced attacks.
How to Play
Jingliu trades HP or setup turns for explosive damage. Weave Basic Attacks between Skills to charge Enhanced states, and avoid wasting Ultimate before Weakness Break.
Optimal Rotation
Turn 1: Jingliu Skill to enter Enhanced state → Basic Attacks to stack HP loss or charges → Ultimate on the boss Break window. Do not burst before Weakness Break unless the phase is ending.
Strengths
Jingliu excels in Ice Destruction teams from Xianzhou Luofu. High personal damage when relics and Light Cone are online. Signature Light Cone and endgame relics unlock their full ceiling.
Weaknesses
Jingliu needs setup turns and can drain team HP — pair with a healer or shielder before pushing high MoC floors.
Investment Priority
E0 Jingliu clears story and Simulated Universe. For Memory of Chaos, level talents to at least 6/8/8, farm recommended relics from their build page, and hit Speed breakpoints with SPD boots. Pull or craft a matching-path 5★ cone if they are a long-term main; otherwise use the best F2P path option at S5.
