How to Play Black Swan

Last updated:

Overview

Black Swan is a 5★ Wind Nihility from Penacony, playing Sub-DPS in most teams. Wind Nihility DoT stacker who converts Arcana into massive burst damage.

How to Play

Black Swan wins by keeping debuffs rolling. Apply core debuffs with Skill or Ultimate before your carry acts, and build Effect Hit Rate so bosses cannot resist key effects. Stack damage-over-time effects before swapping to your burst window.

Optimal Rotation

Turn 1: Black Swan Ultimate or Skill to land debuffs → swap to DPS while debuffs tick → refresh debuffs before expiry. Against bosses, prioritize Effect RES shred before damage dealers act.

Strengths

Black Swan excels in Wind Nihility teams from Penacony. Flexible off-field value that frees Skill Points for your Main DPS. Signature Light Cone and endgame relics unlock their full ceiling.

Weaknesses

Black Swan struggles against high Effect RES or debuff-immune bosses. Without another debuff source, damage drops sharply.

Investment Priority

E0 Black Swan clears story and Simulated Universe. For Memory of Chaos, level talents to at least 6/8/8, farm recommended relics from their build page, and hit Speed breakpoints with SPD boots. Pull or craft a matching-path 5★ cone if they are a long-term main; otherwise use the best F2P path option at S5.
