Where to Redeem
You can redeem codes on the official website or in-game. Both methods deliver rewards to your mailbox within a few minutes.
- Website: hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift — log in and enter the code
- In-game: open the Phone (P icon) → Redemption Code → enter code
- Rewards arrive via in-game mail — check the mailbox icon
- Codes are case-sensitive — copy-paste to avoid typos
Evergreen Codes
Some codes never expire. Redeem these once per account if you haven't already.
- STARRAILGIFT — 50 Stellar Jade (permanent, all platforms)

- New player codes may require Trailblaze Level 10+ to redeem
- One redemption per code per account
Livestream & Event Codes
HoYoverse distributes codes during version preview livestreams and special events. These typically expire within 24–48 hours of announcement — speed matters.
- Follow official Star Rail social media for code announcements
- StarPatch updates /star-rail-codes within minutes of new codes dropping
- Livestream codes often come in batches of 3 (one per segment)
- Expired codes cannot be redeemed — no extensions
Troubleshooting
If a code fails, check these common issues before assuming it's expired.
- Verify exact spelling and capitalization
- Ensure your account region matches the code's region
- Wait 5–10 minutes and check mail again if rewards don't appear
- Some codes require minimum Trailblaze Level — keep playing and retry
